Fred F. Churbuck was my great grandfather. Where did you get this picture?
Hi Cindy,
I have this view as a real photograph postcard - a photograph which was printed to postal card size and stamped on the reverse as a postcard. Churbuck was fairly well noted locally as a photographer and several of his views (mainly around Lake Assawompsett)were presumably taken for use by picture postcard publishers. Occassionally you can find these views through on line dealers including Ebay.
